What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ? 2000 pcs. What is the price range of your products ? Prices vary from USD 0.20 to USD 3.00 per pc depending upon size, handle, printing, quantity etc. Can I get a sample ? How long will it take ? Sure. Normally, it takes about 7 days to prepare a sample. There is no charge for a sample bag but you need to provide your DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT international courier account number. Can I have a full sample set? We offer a representative sample set of upto any 10 styles. This costs just $ 200 which includes the cost of courier. What details you require for a precise quotation ? For a quick and precise quote, you need to tell us the following (A) Item code of the chosen bag (B) Size of the bag (C) Color preferred (D) Quantity required (E) Printing details, if any What if I want another style or something special developed? What if I need something lower priced? If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, tell us what you’d like and what your budget is. We can usually work out a great solution for you. Can I send you my design by email? Sure. You can email us the design in jpeg/pdf file formats. We work on IBM/Windows compatible machines. What are the shipping options? How long does it take? There are 3 options : Sea shipping, Airfreight and door to door courier (offered by FedEx, UPS etc) Sea shipping usually takes about 5 weeks and is the cheapest. You need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the seaport and bring it to your doorstep. Airfreight usually takes anywhere between 8 and 12 days and is costlier. You need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the airport and bring it to your doorstep. Door to Door Courier is the most expensive and takes between 5 and 10 days. You need not appoint a customs broker to clear the goods. The courier will get it done and bring it to your doorstep Where do you ship out from ? Do you have a distributor in my country ? All our products are shipped out of Mumbai port . We do not have any sales agent or distributor. What are the payment options ? We accept payment by Wire Transfer (T.T.) or L/C. Credit cards are not accepted. Can I have bags made in specific Pantone shades? Yes, no problem. However there can be a variation of about 10-15%.
